Step-by-step guide

    Open Machine Allocation
    1) Open the sidebar → Planning → Machine Allocation.
    2) Open Machine Allocation in a new tab → . Click here

    Select what to plan
    2) Search a work order → select it.
    3) Choose a strategy:
    - Batch Order → plan the full work order.
    - Breakdowns → plan specific breakdowns.

    Define the sequence
    4) Insert Process → add the needed operations (only what you’ll actually run).
    5) Drag the grip (⋮⋮) on a row → reorder steps to match the real shop-floor flow.
    6) For each row:
    - Select Machine → choose the equipment that will run that step.
    - Schedule → set the planned start date/time.
    - Units → enter the expected output (e.g., impressions/meters) for that step.
    - Hrs → adjust expected time if the machine speed differs.
    7) Use the bin icon (🗑) → remove a step you don’t need.
    8) Double-check the sequence numbers (SEQ.) → they should be 1…n with no gaps.

    Save the plan
    9) Verify every row has Machine selected → this is required to save.
    10) Click Save Plan → wait for confirmation “Operational sequence synchronized”.
    11) If save fails → scan for any unassigned machines → assign them → try again.
